Step into our Ritual Dome, a serene 37-square-meter dome tent nestled in lush natural surroundings. In front of the dome, enjoy a spacious hangout area overlooking breathtaking sunset views and the sparkling water. Behind the dome lies a tranquil forest patch with a cozy fire pit, ideal for starlit evenings even in breezy conditions.
This versatile space is perfect for ceremonies, meditation sessions, talks, casual gatherings, and other relaxing activities, offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature. Unwind, connect, and immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of our Ritual Dome at Himle.

Himle at Agersø is deeply rooted in nature. Our commitment to permaculture not only enriches our present but also ensures a legacy for generations to come. We aim to educate and inspire our guests about the connection between humanity and nature while fostering sustainable practices. Nestled on the tranquil island, just 1.5 hours from Copenhagen, our retreat offers a sanctuary from urban life.
Surrounded by pristine landscapes and a laid-back atmosphere, guests are immersed in the beautiful Danish landscape. Our property, just a 10 min walk from the ferry, provides space for accommodation and workshops.
As we continue to evolve, guided by our permaculture principles, our goal is to create a truly unique and enchanting retreat and event destination.
FOOD & DRINKS
Our food philosophy is rooted in the seasons and local produce, aiming to source ingredients primarily from the island or nearby mainland. While our menu predominantly features vegetarian dishes, there's also the option to incorporate fish. Through methods like preserving, canning, salting, and fermenting, we extend the seasons and minimize waste, ensuring a sustainable culinary approach.
We aspire to create a social and interactive food experience, inviting guests to join us in various activities such as foraging, fishing, and harvesting from our permaculture garden. Afterwards, guests can participate in the cooking process, integrating the day's harvest into our menu. This immersive approach fosters a sense of belonging and connection with Himle, enriching the dining experience for all.
